摘    要:目的:调查我国西藏地区居民的血脂水平及不同职业对血脂的影响。方法:选择西藏昌都地区血脂检查者432例,按职业性质分为2组,体力劳动者334例,脑力劳动者98例。比较2组血浆三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)平均水平的差异。结果:所选样本血脂的异常率分别为高TG23.2%,高TC18.8%,低HDL-C37.5%,高LDL-C30.3%。体力和脑力工作者TG分别为(1.27±0.92)和(1.52±1.10)mmol/L,TC分别为(3.98±1.20)和(4.37±1.41)mmol/L,LDL-C分别为(2.78±1.05)和(3.03±1.15)mmol/L,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),而HDL-C分别为(1.38±3.04)和(1.28±0.47)mmol/L,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:西藏地区血脂异常的患病率高于全国普遍水平,脑力工作者是防治高脂血症的重点人群。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the influence of different occupations on the serum level of lipid in Tibetan. Methods: Four hundred and thirty-two persons were enrolled in our study in Changdu district. The persons were divided into two groups according to their occupation, brain worker (n=98) and manual worker (n=334).
