| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨电针刺激承山穴对混合痔术后疼痛的效果.方法:将120例混合痔术后疼痛的患者随机分为电针组与药物组,每组60例.电针组穴取承山,用频率为2 Hz/100Hz疏密波治疗,术后30 min治疗第1次,次日起每日上午坐浴后治疗1次;药物组术后30 min口服萘普生缓释胶囊2片,以后每日换药前口服2片.两组各治疗4次,评价术后5、24、48、72 h疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)变化情况.结果:术后5、24、48、72 h测得的疼痛积分,电针组分别为6.78±2.12、5.56±1.87、4.34±2.23、3.15±2.11,均低于药物组的7.56±2.01、6.23±1.15、5.57±2.21、4.34±2.12,差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.05).结论:电针刺激承山穴能改善混合痔术后疼痛.
