人工晶状体植入术后的双眼视觉观察

目的 了解白内障人工晶状体植入术后患者双眼视觉的情况。方法 对９０例９８眼白内障后房型人工晶状体植入术后３月检查视力、屈光状态，用同视机检查双眼视觉三级功能，查立体视锐值及近距离立体视锐值。结果 人工晶状体术后１月有８４．４％的患者有双眼单视功能，其中８０％的患者有融合功能，７３．３％的患者有不同程度的立体视，并且有３２．２％患者获得了正常的立体视锐值。术后视力恢复得越好，双眼视三级功能恢复也越好

Binocular vision observation after implantation of intraocular lens

To observe the result of binocular vision after cataract intraocular lens implantation. Methods 90 cases 98 eyes of cataract patients were primarily implanted posterior chamber imtraocular lens. The following methods were used to examine the patients three months after operation: visual acuity, refraction tertiary function of binocular vision, stereoacuity and the near distance stereoacuity under natural light. Results 84.4% patients observed with binocular single vision function one month after operation, in which 80% patients with fusion function and 73.3% patients with stereoscopic vision in varying degrees, especially 32.2% patients obtaining the normal stereoacuity. Therefore it expounds that the better the vision recovers, the better the tertiary function recovers, and the less stereoacuity becomes; meanwhile the larger the binocular parallax is, the larger stereoacuity becomes. Conclusions Implantation of intraocular lens not only brings better vision to the patients but also recovers better binocular vision.
