| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨互动模式健康教育在改善糖尿病患者遵医行为中的作用.方法 采用前瞻性自身对照研究,对218例糖尿病患者进行互动模式健康教育,通过比较患者在健康教育前和健康教育后6个月疾病自我管理能力、糖尿病相关知识的掌握程度以及糖尿病相关代谢指标3个方面的变化,以评价患者的遵医行为改善情况.结果 健康教育后,糖尿病患者的疾病自我管理能力及糖尿病相关知识的掌握情况均较健康教育前明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);糖化血红蛋白水平较健康教育前有明显的下降,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),但体质指数和午餐前血糖水平无明显变化,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 互动模式健康教育可有效地改善糖尿病患者的遵医行为;应反复多次强化糖尿病健康教育.
