广西2002～2006年化妆品卫生质量检测结果分析

目的：为了解广西市场化妆品的卫生质量,对不同来源的化妆品进行卫生质量检测分析,为制订有效的化妆品卫生监督管理措施提供科学依据。方法：对不同来源的1 524份化妆品,依据《化妆品卫生规范》（2002年版）,测定了化妆品中的菌落总数、粪大肠菌群、绿脓杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、霉菌和酵母菌总数、铅、砷、汞等卫生指标。结果：2002～2006年共检测1 524份化妆品,平均合格率为94.16%,其中香水类合格率最高（100%）、祛斑类合格率最低（78.54%）。结论：祛斑类、美白类化妆品存在比较严重的质量问题,要科学地选用祛斑和美白等特殊功效化妆品。

Evaluation and analysis on hyglenic safety of cosmeties in Guangxi Province in 2002 ～2006

Objective:To improve the hygienic quality and safety of cosmetics and provide basis for hygienic supervision on cosmetics production in Guangxi.Methods:A total of 1 524 cosmetic samples were randomly selected from the producers and retailers,were perfomed according to the hygienic standard for cosmetics(version 2002).Results:The eligible rate was 94.16%,fading cream 78.54%.Conclusion:The results indicate that the performance of skin lighteners in optimistic and suggest that serious attention be paid to the safeness of toiletries application.
