青光眼滤过手术后浅前房的预防方法

目的:探讨青光眼滤过手术后浅前房的预防方法。方法:观察95例(114眼)原发性青光眼首次成功滤过术后的前房深度情况,45眼于手术结束时用平衡盐液(BSS)形成前房,69眼令其自然恢复。结果:第1组术后发生浅前房4眼,占8.8%;第2组术后浅前房26眼,占37.6%。两组术后浅前房的发生率差异有高度显著性(P<0.01),表明术中形成前房可明显降低滤过手术后浅前房的发生率。结论:手术结束时用BSS形成前房可预防术后前房延缓形成,从而避免浅前房引起的并发症。

The method of prevent shallowing of the anterior chamber after glaucoma filtraition surgery

Objective:To evaluate the method of prevent shallowing anterior chamber after glaucoma surgery .Methods:The anterior chamber depth after first successful filtration surgery was studied postoperatively in 95 patients(114 eyes)with primary glaucoma.At the end of the operation,anterior chamber was formed with BSS in 45 eyes,and 69 eyes were made to recover naturally.Results:In first case,4 eyes (8.8%) of which developed postoperatively shallowing of the anterior chamber.The other case,it is 26 (37.6%) of which shallowing of the anterior chamber occurred.The difference is significant (P<0.01).It is indicated that incidence of shallowing of the anterior chamber maybe reduced obviously when antrior chamber is formed at the end of operation.Conclusion:The formatting of the anterior chamber with BSS at the end of operation may prevent delayed formation of the anterior chamber.
