老年缺牙患者修复治疗过程中的伦理思索

老年失牙是一个非常普遍的现象，本文运用老年口腔修复学的理论基础，从临床实践出发，探讨目前临床对老年失牙患者治疗过程中存在的伦理道德问题。主要有（1）不能耐心、仔细听取患者的要求。未能达到医患充分交流从而失去老年患者的信任；（2）口腔检查不仔细忽视患者全身情况，为制做一个高质量的修复体埋下了隐患；（3）修复体的设计未考虑老年人的生理及心理特点，操作缺乏严谨，规范。提出解决方案（1）认真倾听老年患者的要求，通过交流，增加患者对医生的信任度；（2）口腔检查，操作认真负责，同时在修复体的设计制作中应结合老年患者的全身情况，通盘考虑；（3）善待，尊重，爱护老年患者，重视老年缺牙患者的生活质量。
