血中汞的硫脲提取-原子荧光光谱测定法
摘    要:目的 建立血样中汞的原子荧光光谱测定方法.方法 采用硫脲提取液提取血样中的汞,以原子荧光光谱法进行测定.结果 线性范围为0.00-10.00μg/L(r=0.999 9),检出限为0.06μg/L,加标回收率为95.5%~100.3%,RSD为4.1%~4.5%.结论 该方法操作简便、快速、灵敏度高、重现性好,适合血样中汞的测定.

Determination of Mercury in Blood by Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry with a Thiourea Extraction Method
Abstract:Objective To develop a method for determination of mercury in blood by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Methods Using a thiourea extraction method, the mercury in blood is determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Results The linearity of calibration curve of mercury was in the concentration of 0.000-10.00 μg/L. The detection limit was 0.06 μg/L. The recovery rates were 95.5%-100.3%.The RSDs were 4.1%-4.5%. Conclusion The method has the advantages of simple operation, high sensitivity, good repeatability and is applicable to the determination of mercury in blood.
