摘    要:磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶-蛋白激酶B(PI3K-Akt)信号通路对于细胞增殖、分化、凋亡的调节起关键性作用,与细胞的生理功能和某些疾病的发生关系密切.在许多肿瘤中,PI3K-Akt信号通路的过度激活与肿瘤耐药性的产生也密切相关.体外研究表明,使用化疗药物联合PI3K-Akt信号通路抑制剂,可以显著增强化疗药物作用效果、降低IC50值.因此,PI3K-Akt信号通路已成为一个可以逆转化疗耐药的重要靶点.

Abstract:PI3K-Akt signaling pathway plays a critical role in the regulation of cell proliferation,differentiation and apoptosis,and is closely related to the physiological function of cells and thus may cause certain diseases.The excessive activation of this pathway is found closely associated with the formation of drug resistance of tumors.Recent studies in vitro indicate that the combined chemotherapy drugs with PI3K-Akt signaling pathway inhibitors,can significantly enhance the efficiency of chemotherapy drug and lower the value of IC50.Therefore,PI3K-Akt signaling pathway has become an important target to inhibit tumor cell growth and reverse tumor drug resistance.
