| Abstract: | Matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization-time of flight-mass spectrometry （MALDI-TOF-MS） is a kind of the latest mass spectrometry,which has many advantages including high throughput,rapidity,excellent repeatability and high sensitivity.It has been an important tool for both the research and clinical application in lung cancer and has an optimistic prospect in the many fields,such as early diagnosis,screening and evaluation of therapeutic effect. |
