摘    要:本文首次利用微菌落技术建立一种快速微量的噬菌体裂解试验。其简要步骤为:将被检菌纯培养物悬液涂于已贴在琼脂培养基表面的醋酸纤维素膜上,用接种环滴加相应诊断噬菌体,培养3h 后,将膜取下加热干燥、透明、固定、染色、镜检。通过对38株志贺氏菌、53株沙门氏菌的测定,本法取得与常规法完全一致的结果。为临床及卫生细菌学检验提供了一项新的、实用的方法。

Abstract:A new rapid microcolony bacteriophagelytic test was developed by using the microcolony technique.In brief,the bacterial pure cul- tures were spread uniformly over the surface of the cellulose-acetate membrane which has been placed on the agar plate.To add adequate diagnostic bacteriophages on it by using a inoculating loop,and incu- bate for 3 hrs,We remove the membrane and dry it by heating,the membrane was fixed,colored,and observed under the microscope. 38 strains of shigella and 53 strains of Salmonella were tested by us- ing microcolony bacteriophagelytic test and routine test simutaneous- ly,the results correlate well.
