灯盏花素治疗慢性肺源性心脏病的疗效观察

目的观察灯盏花素对慢性肺源性心脏病的疗效。方法将80例慢性肺源性心脏病患者随机分成实验组和对照组,对照组（40例）给予常规综合治疗,实验组（40例）在常规综合治疗的基础上,将灯盏花素50 mg加入5%葡萄糖溶液250 ml或生理盐水250 ml中静脉滴注,每天1次,15 d为1个疗程。比较两组疗效,并观察治疗前后患者的动脉血氧分压（PaO2）、二氧化碳分压（PaCO2）、pH值、血氧饱和度（SaO2）、全血黏度、血浆黏度及红细胞压积。结果实验组总有效率为90%,对照组总有效率为70%,实验组疗效优于对照组,差别有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗后两组PaO2、PaCO2、SaO2、全血黏度、血浆黏度和红细胞压积均有改善（P〈0.01）;且实验组和对照组相比,PaO2和SaO2上升,PaCO2下降,血黏度和红细胞压积下降,差别均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论灯盏花素能降低血黏度,改善血液循环和缺氧,对慢性肺源性心脏病有很好疗效。

Observation on the Effect of Breviscapine Injection Treatment in Patients with Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease

Objective To observe the effect of Breviscapine injection treatment in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease.Methods 80 cases with chronic pulmonary heart disease were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.In addition to routine comprehensive treatment in both groups,additional Breviscapine injection was given to the treatment group by iv gtt,50 mg Breviscapine injection in 250 ml of 5% glocose injection（250 ml） or physiological saline,once per day for fifteen days.The arterial partial pressure of oxygen（PaO2） and carbon dioxide（PaCO2）,artierial pH value,arterial blood oxygen saturation（SaO2）,whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,hematocrit were observed before and after the treatment.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group（90%） was significant higher than that in,the control group（70%）（P〈0.05）.Compared with the control group,the PaO2 was increased and PaCO2,blood viscosity and hematocrit were decreased significantly at the end of the study（all P〈0.05）.The function of respiration and circulation systems in the treatment group were improved obviously（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Breviscapine injection can decrease the blood viscosity,improve the blood circulation and oxygen supply.It has very good effects in treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease.
