毫米波照射对大鼠实验性肝癌病变的影响

摘    要:目的 观察低能量高功率密度毫米波照射对实验性肝癌大鼠演变过程的影响。方法 30只Wistar雄性大鼠分为6组,第1至5组均为诱导肝癌组,用二乙基亚硝胺(DEN,diethylnitrosamine)喂养14周诱导实验性肝癌,同时用毫米波通过直接或循经(肝俞)照射5或10周;第6组为正常大鼠毫米波照射对照组。检测肝癌演变过程中血清学、组织学的变化。结果 诱导的肝癌大鼠,血清中r-谷氨酰转肽酶(r-GT)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、胆汁酸(BA)较正常大鼠组明显升高,毫米波照射肝癌大鼠r-GT、AKP、BA与肿瘤对照组相比略下降,统计学上各组间无明显差异。肿瘤对照组光镜下有肝癌结节,而毫米波照射组仅见嗜酸性和嗜碱性增生结节。毫米波照射后肝癌大鼠细胞核殖数(PCNA)明显低于肿瘤对照组,第5周开始的直接毫米波照射组PCNA低于其余毫米波照射组;毫米波照射后肝癌大鼠p53,bcl-2蛋白表达较肿瘤对照组明显减少。结论 毫米波照射能减缓DEN对大鼠的毒性作用,肝脏病理改变减轻,能使DEN诱导肝肿瘤大鼠肝细胞增殖数降低及可能诱导部分变异的肝细胞凋亡。

Effect of Millimeter Wave on Rat Hepatic TumorInduced by Diethylnitrosamine
Abstract:Purpose To elucidate the effects of low intensity and high-powered density millimeter wave on the development of rat hepatic tumor induced by diethylnitrosamine(DEN). Methods Thirty male Wistar rats were administrated by DEN and randomly divided into 6 groups. Group 1 was a tumor control group. Groups 2 to 5 were radiated directly or in GanYu (acupuncture point) by 35.8 GHz, 100 mW/cm2 millimeter wave for 20 rain each time,twice a week for 10 or 5 weeks. Group 6 was a normal control radiated group. Fourteen weeks later all the rats were sacrificed underwent serological test and immunohistochemical stain of liver. Results Serum level of γ-Glutamyltransferase, alkaline phosphatase, bile acid were significantly higher in DEN exposure rats than those in normal rats, and radiated rats were lower than unradiated rats, but has no significant difference. Adenocarcinoma was only existed in Group 1 by histological examination of liver tissue;other groups only had basophilic and eosinophilic lesions. Liver tissue expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA), p53, bcl-2 in group 2 to 5 was significantly lower than group 1.Conclusions Local or GanYu use of density millimeter wave could inhibit the toxicity of DEN to liver and suppress the hepatoearcinogenesis, and could significantly inhibit variable hepatic cell proliferation and induced them apoptosis.
