| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨术后脓肿的微创介入治疗方法。方法超声引导下经皮穿刺对10例术后体腔脓肿的抽吸、冲洗、注药治疗。结果所有病例经过1～3周治疗后痊愈，未发生并发症。结论超声引导经皮穿刺治疗术后脓肿具有安全有效、微创、并发症少的特点，值得临床应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the value of interventional therapy in treating postoperative abscess. Methods Ten patients with postoperative abscess were treated by ultrasound guided puncture. After sucking the pus out and flushing the abscess cavity, drug was injected into the cavity. Results All patients recovered in 1-3 weeks without any complication. Conclusions Ultrasound - Guided centesis interventional ultrasound is a safe and effective method for postoperative abscess and it is valuable for clinical application. |
