| 摘 要： | 目的：评估口服避孕药妈富隆预防子宫内膜异位症术后复发的疗效和安全性。方法：将182例术后进行药物治疗的子宫内膜异位症患者分成3组：口服避孕药妈富隆组、丹那唑组、促性腺激素释放激素激动剂（GnRHa）组。分别比较患者治疗后的疼痛和子宫内膜异位囊肿的复发率以及生殖激素水平、CA125水平和不良反应,随访至停药后12～15个月。结果：各组生殖激素水平和CA125水平均显著下降,妈富隆组和GnRHa组复发率较低,妈富隆组不良反应发生率最低,丹那唑组终止试验率最高。结论：与丹那唑和GnRHa相比,妈富隆预防子宫内膜异位症术后复发具有使用方便、疗效肯定、不良反应轻微、价格低廉等优点。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the safety and efficacy of the oral contraceptive marvelon on preventing the recurrence of post-surgery endometriosis. Methods182 endometriosis patients after conservative surgery were divided into three groups: Marvelon group ,GnRH-agonist leuprorelin acetate group and Danazol group.
