中西医结合治疗多囊卵巢综合征的系统评价

目的：系统分析中西医结合治疗多囊卵巢综合征的有效性、安全性,以期做出客观、可信的评价,指导临床用药。方法：检索中西医结合治疗多囊卵巢综合征的随机对照试验文献资料并进行系统评价,根据Jadad质量评分法评价研究质量,采用Revman4.2软件进行统计分析。结果：中西医结合治疗多囊卵巢综合征临床有效率（P〈0.00001）、妊娠率（P〈0.00001）与西药组比较有显著意义;与中药复方组比较,有效率（P=0.01〈0.05）、妊娠率（P=0.0003）显著优于中药复方组,倒漏斗图显示不对称,可能与发表偏倚及临床试验设计有关。结论：中西医结合治疗多囊卵巢综合征是一种有效的方法,但临床随机对照试验的方法学质量较低,存在潜在的发表偏倚。

Systematic evaluation on polycystic ovary syndrome treated with integrating Chinese and western medicine

Objective：To analyze the efficacy and safety of integrating Chinese and western medicine on polycystic ovary syndrome, hence, it was anticipated to determine the objective and reliable evaluation so as to guide clinical medical administration. Methods：The relevant references of the randomized controlled trials on polycystie ovary syndrome treated with integrating Chinese and western medicine was retrieved and the systematic evaluation was conducted. In the light of Jadad-scale,the study quality was assessed and REvman4.2 software was adopted for the statistical analysis. Results ：The clinical effective rate（P〈0.00001 ） and pregnant rate（P〈0.00001 ） of integrating Chinese and western medicine were significantly different from those in western medicine group in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome;the effective rate （P= 0.01, 〈0.05） and pregnant rate（P=0.0003） were superior significantly to those in compound herbal medicine group. Asymmetry showed in inverted funnel plot, which was probably related to the publication bias and the design of clinical experiment. Conclusion：The integrating Chinese and western medicine is a kind of effective approach in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome. But the methodological quality is poor in clinical randomized controlled trials and the potential publication bias is retained.
