摘    要:表面增强激光解吸离子化飞行时间质谱技术(surface-enhanced laser desorption ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry SELDI-TOF MS)是随着蛋白质组学的兴起而出现的新技术,是一种基于蛋白质芯片和质谱技术的蛋白质指纹图谱分析平台。SELDI-TOF MS技术是一种操作简单,方便快捷,样本需要量少,敏感性高,特异性强的高通量的研究蛋白组学的方法。为此,就SEIDI-TOF MS技术的原理、特点及其在出入境卫生检疫应用前景进行综述。

Abstract:The technique of SELDI-TOF-MS(protein chip surface enhanced laser desorpation/ionization time of flight mass spectomerty) has emerged in recent years with the development of the proteomics.It is a powerful platform for the rapid discovery and assaying of multiple bio- markers that are associated with various diseases and other pathological states.The technique of SEIDI-TOF-MS is high throughput research method in proteomics with superiorities of automation,rapidness,a paucity of samples,sensitivity and specificity..So this paper reviews its prin- ciple,classification,and the prospect of application in Entry-Exit inspection and quarantine.
