《中华骨科杂志》论著文章统计学方法应用现状

目的统计《中华骨科杂志》近5年发表论著类文章的统计学分析方法的使用率,存在问题及近5年来的进展。方法系统分析《中华骨科杂志》2002-2006年发表论著类文章共673篇。结果《中华骨科杂志》论著类文章统计学分析方法应用率为71.6%,在应用统计学分析方法的文章（482篇）中,83篇（17.2%）使用了多因素分析。t检验与χ^2检验是最常用的统计方法。最常见的问题是仅有P值而无具体统计值,用t检验代替方差分析进行多组间的比较。结论《中华骨科杂志》论著类文章统计学分析方法应用存在的问题是：t检验与χ^2检验的滥用,及不用统计分析方法而直接得出结论。

Current Use of Statistical Methods in Chinese Journal of Orthopaedics

Objective To determine the frequency of statistical techniques used, types of statistical errors, and trends in Chinese Journal of Orthopaedics over a 5-year period. Method The statistical methods used in all original articals published in Chinese Journal of Orthopaedics from 2002 to 2006 (n=673) were reviewed. Results The proportion of papers using statistical methods was 71.6%. The multi-factor analysis had been used in 83 (17.2%)articals of all 482 articals. The most common statistical methods were t test and chi square test. The most common errors were presentation of P values without statistical value and t tests used instead of ANOVA. Conclusion There are two problems in the using of statistical methods in Chinese Journal of Orthopaedics: the first,t test and chi square test are misused and the second, the conclusion comes out directly without using statistical methods.
