摘    要:目的;观察体外2的人牙乳头间充质细胞矿化特征,深入研究成牙本质细胞的分化和牙本质形成。方法:第4代人牙也头间充质细胞连续培养35d后,进行组织学染色,透射电镜和扫描电镜观察。结果:人牙乳头间质细胞可出现复层生长和形成矿化结节,von Kossa杂色提示细胞结节中有明显的钙盐沉积;细胞可出现与成牙本质细胞相似的超微结构特征并出现典型的矿化影像。

Abstract:AIM: Observation of the calcification ability of cultured human dental papilla mesenchymal cells(DPMC). METHODS: The fourth passage human DPMC were cultured up to 35d. Observed by transmission electron microscopy(TEM), scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and light microscope(LM). RESULTS: The cells presented mineralized nodules as well as matrix vesicles and had same ultrastructure with odontoblasts under TEM. CONCLUSION: The results suggested that cultured human DPMC have the calcification ability which were probably related to matrix vesicles.
