| 摘 要： | 很多研究都已经证实当人体的组织发生病理变化时，图像纹理特征也会相应改变，如何从MRI图像中提取表征这种常规MRI无法观察到的微观结构改变的特征是本文研究的重点。本文旨在开发一个对MRI医学图像进行纹理分析的系统，其功能包括实现图像的显示及图像信息的读取。选取ROI（Regions of Interest，感兴趣区），对感兴趣区提取5个纹理特征，形成样本，存人样本库，以及对样本进行分类和统计检验。本系统的开发为从纹理分析的角度研究MRI医学图像提供了方便，具有较高的实用价值。

| Abstract: | Develops a system that can analyzes MRI medical image texture feature, the functions of which include implementing image display, reading image information, selecting ROI, extracting five texture features and forming samples that is saved to the samples li- brary, as well as classifying the samples using four different methods and statistical tests for the various features. The development of this system offers a useful tool to study MRI medical image from texture analysis. |
