| 摘 要： | 目的 比较传统经皮泪囊鼻腔吻合术与鼻内窥镜下鼻内泪囊鼻腔吻合术二者的临床效果.方法 慢性泪囊炎23例(25眼)随机分为两组,A组11例12眼,行传统经皮泪囊鼻腔吻合术；B组12例13眼行鼻内窥镜下鼻内泪囊鼻腔吻合术.结果 A组治愈11眼(91.67％).B组治愈13眼(100％).结论 鼻内窥镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术是较好的方法.
