| 摘 要： | 目的探讨治疗肩周炎简单高效的方法。方法将80例肩周炎患者分成治疗组和对照组各40例,分别采用穴位注射加推肘拉腕手法和单纯推拿手法治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为95.0%,对照组为85.0%;治愈率分别为60.0%和37.5%。治疗组在治愈率及见效时间上都明显优于对照组。结论穴位注射加推肘拉腕法治疗肩周炎起效快、疗程短,治愈率高。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To seek an effective method for shoulder periarthritis, 80 subjects were equally randomized into two groups and respectively treated with acupoint injection plus massage and simple massage. Results: The total effective rate was 95% in treatment group and 85% in control group, P > 0.05; the cure rates were 60% and 37% respectively, P < 0.05. It is showed that acupoint injection plus massage is effective for shoulder periarthritis. |
