82株鲍曼不动杆菌感染特征及耐药性分析

目的了解我院鲍曼不动杆菌的感染分布与耐药情况，为临床治疗提供依据。方法对住院患者送检样本中对培养分离出的82株鲍曼不动杆菌的感染分布与耐药情况进行分析。结果鲍曼不动杆菌主要分布在重症监护病房（ICU）、脑外科和呼吸科，主要来自痰标本（89．0％）；对亚胺培南的耐药率最低（2．4％），替卡西林／克拉维酸（24．4％）、阿莫西林／克拉维酸钾（35．0％）次之，对其他17种所试抗茵药物的耐药率均较高。结论鲍曼不动杆菌主要引起呼吸道感染，对现有多种抗茵药物耐药严重，提示临床医生必须对该茵所致感染予以高度重视，关注易感人群，加强对该茵的监测，合理使用抗生素，以提高疗效和减缓耐药株的产生。

Analysis of infection distribution and drug resistance of AcinetObacter baumannii

Objective To investigate the clinical distribution and drug resistance of Acinetobacter baumanii. Methods 82 strains of Acinetobacter baumanii were isolated from various kinds of specimens from inpatients, and identified by VITEK-32 System of Drug-susceptibility. The results were assessed with NCCLS. Results Acinetobaeter baumannii strains were mainly distributed in the ICU ward, Brain surgery and Department of respiration. The highest positive rate of Acinetobacter baumannii was in sputum （89.0%）. The resistance rates to Imipenem, Ticareillin/ Clavulanic and Amoxicillin/Clavulanate were 2.4%, 24.4% and35.0%, respectively. 82 isolates of Acinetobacter Baumanii were high resistant to 17 tested antibiotics. Conclusion Acinetobacter Baumanii is a common pathogen of respiratory tract infection, which has very high resistance rate to the currently clinically antibacterial agents.
