疝环充填式无扩张力修补术在腹股沟疝中的应用

目的探讨疝环充填式无张力修补术在腹股沟疝治疗中的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院2000年9月至2008年4月采用疝环充填式无张力修补术治疗腹股沟疝350例的临床资料。结果4例复发，复发率为1．19％；术后感染2例，感染率0．5％；阴囊水肿12例，发生率3．4％，术后疼痛明显轻于传统疝修补术。结论疝环充填式无张力修补术在腹股沟疝中复发率低，并发症少，恢复快，是理想的腹股沟疝修补方法。

Application of mesh-plug tension-flree hernioplasty to inguinal hernia

Aim To summarize the clinical efficacy of mesh-plug tension-free hernioplasty for inguinal hernia. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 350 patients with inguinal hernia undergoing tension-free mesh-plug hernia repair in Ma＇anshan First People＇s Hospital from September 2000 to April 2008. Results Recurrence was found in 4 cases（ 1.19% ） ,2 cases（0.5% ） suffered from incisonal infection and 12 cases（ 3.4% ） were complicated with scrotal hydrocele. All cases felt less pain than tradition operation. Conclusion Mesh-plug tension-free hernioplasty for inguinal hernias has low recurrence,less complications and prompt restoration after operation. It is a suitable hernioplasty for inguinal hernia.
