补中益气汤对脾气虚证大鼠血清胃泌素影响的实验研究

目的:探讨补中益气汤不同浓度、不同时间段对脾气虚证大鼠血清胃泌素的影响。方法:以大黄法、游泳力竭法、饥饿法三因素复合的方法复制脾气虚证大鼠模型,造模大鼠随机分成模型组,补中益气汤低、中、高剂量组,以及四君子汤组,在干预后不同时间(7、14、21d)观察各组血清胃泌素等指标。结果:与模型组比较,补中益气汤中、高剂量组血清胃泌素含量升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),以中剂量组疗效显著;低剂量组变化不明显;四君子汤组血清胃泌素含量亦升高(P<0.05),但效果不如补中益气汤中剂量组(P<0.05)。结论:补中益气汤提高脾气虚证大鼠血清胃泌素含量可能是其治疗脾气虚证的机理之一。

Experimental Study on Effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on Serum Gastrin in Spleen-qi Deficiency Rats

Objective: To explore the effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction(BZYQD) with various concentrations at different time points on serum gastrin in spleen-qi deficiency rats.Methods: Spleen-qi deficiency syndrome was induced in rats by compound methods which including rhubarb method,swimming exhausting and hunger method.Spleen-qi deficiency rats were randomly divided into the model control group and the low,medium and high dosage of BZYQD groups,and Decoction of Four Mild Drugs(DFMD) group.Serum gastrin in different groups was observed at different time points(7d,14d,and 21d).Results: Compared with model control group, the serum gastrin in the medium and high dosage of BZYQD groups were both significantly higher(P<0.05,P<0.01).And the increment in the medium dosage group was significantly higher than that in the high dosage group.The serum gastrin was also significantly higher in DFMD group when compared with that in model control group(P<0.05),but the increment was not so big as that in medium dosage of BZYQD group.Conclusion: Through up-regulation on serum gastrin is possibly one of the mechanisms of BZYQD in treating spleen-qi deficiency.
