| 摘 要： | 目的：为了开发利用竹叶菜资源，对竹叶菜的化学成分进行了研究。方法：运用硅胶柱层析法分离其化学成分，用UV、IR、NMR、MS及X晶体衍射的方法进行结构鉴定。结果：从甲醇提取物中分离得到3个核苷类化合物，分别鉴定为胸腺嘧啶脱氧核苷(I)，腺嘌呤核苷(Ⅱ)，2′—脱氧腺苷(Ⅲ)。结论：首次对竹叶菜的核苷类化学成分进行了报道，其中化合物Ⅲ系首次从植物中分离得到。
