难治性癫痫外科治疗及术前评估

目的探讨难治性癫痫术前评估和外科治疗方法。方法56例难治性癫痫患者,术前均经神经电生理检查和影像学检查,行前颞叶海马切除术29例,致痫灶切除+皮层热灼术19例,额极切除4例,胼胝体部分切断术4例。结果56例患者中满意46例(82.14%),显著改善6例(10.71%)、良好2例(3.57%)、效差2例(3.57%)、无改善0例(0%),总有效率92.86%。结论外科手术是治疗难治性癫痫的一种有效方法,手术前准确定位致痫灶是关键步骤。
