周围型非小细胞肺癌的OPN和VEGF-C表达与CT征象对比研究

目的:研究周围型非小细胞肺癌的OPN和VEGF-C表达与CT征象的相关性。方法:运用免疫组织化学PV法对42例经病理证实的周围型非小细胞肺癌检测其OPN和VEGF-C的表达,分析其与CT征象的关系。结果:OPN的表达与肿瘤的大小、深分叶征、棘状突起、胸膜外脂肪线消失和纵隔淋巴结肿大有关。VEGF-C的表达与肿瘤的大小、深分叶征、棘状突起、血管集束征和纵隔淋巴结肿大有关(P<0.05)。OPN、VEGF-C与毛刺征和空洞均无关(P>0.05)。结论:周围型非小细胞肺癌CT征象中,肿瘤大于3.0cm、深分叶征、棘突征和纵隔淋巴结肿大提示该肿瘤的恶性程度高,预后差。

Comparative Study of CT Features and Expression of OPN and VEGF-C in Peripheral Non small cell Lung Cancer

Objective:To investigate the correlation between CT features and the expression of osteopontin(OPN)and vascular endothelial growth factor C(VEGF-C)in peripheral non-small-cell lung cancer.Methods:The expression of OPN and VEGF-C were tested using PV immunohistochemical technique in 42 cases of peripheral non-small-cell lung cancer proved pathologically.The relationship between the results and preoperative CT signs was analyzed.Results:The expressing level of OPN was related to the tumour,s size and its CT signs such as the deep lobulation,spinous protuberance,disappearance of extrapleural fat line and intumescence of mediastinal lymph node. The expressing level of VEGF-C was related to the tumour,s size and its CT signs such as the deep lobulation,spinous protuberance,vascular convergence and intumescence of mediastional lymph node(P<0.05). But the expression of OPN and VEGF-C was not correlative with the CT sign of tumour,s burr and cavity(P>0.05).Conclusions:The CT signs of peripheral non-small-cell lung cancer with diameter more than 3.0cm ,deep lobulation,spinous protuberance and intumescence of mediastinal lymph node indicate higher malignancy,and the prognosis is poor.
