| 摘 要： | 目的探讨美吡哒联合氟伐他汀治疗2型糖尿病（DM）合并血脂异常的临床疗效。方法2型DM并血脂异常患者120例，随机分为治疗组及对照组，每组60例，分别测定两组患者服药前及服药后3个月的空腹血糖（VC）、餐后2h血糖（2hPC）、血胆固醇（TC）、三酰甘油（TG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）水平，并进行比较。结果两组患者的血TC、TG、LDL-C都较服药前降低，HDL-C水平较服药前升高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗组空腹血糖、餐后血糖明显较服药前降低，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），对照组空腹血糖、餐后血糖较服药前降低，但差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论美吡哒联合氟伐他汀治疗2型糖尿病疗效好，值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of combined Minidiab and fluvastatin in 2 type diabetes merging abnormal blood fat.Methods 120 cases of 2 type diabetes merging abnormal blood fat were randomly divided into Contro1 group and study group.Therapeutic effects were observed in each group.Results The level of TC,TG,LDL-C all decreased significantly in two groups;Compared with control group,the blood-fasting sugar and postprandial blood sugar decreased obviously(P<0.05)in study group.Conclusion Combined Minidiab and fluvastatin is effective in treating 2 type diabetes merging abnormal blood fat. |
