| 摘 要： | 目的 观察肾性高血压主动脉磷脂酶 C(PL C)活性变化及卡托普利对其的影响。方法 制备二肾一夹高血压动物模型作为实验组 ,术后 4周开始给予卡托普利者作为治疗组 ,以未进行二肾一夹者为对照组。术后 4周测定动脉血压 ,8周时测定动脉血压与主动脉组织 PL C活性。结果 与对照组相比 ,实验组 8周大鼠动脉血压显著升高 (P<0 .0 1) ,主动脉组织 PL C活性明显增强 (P<0 .0 5) ;卡托普利显著降低动脉血压与主动脉 PL C的活性 (P<0 .0 5)。结论 肾性高血压主动脉 PL C活性升高 ,Ang 可能通过活化的 PL C参与高血压的发生和发展 |

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo observe the effects of captopril o n activity of phospholipase C in aorta in renal hypertensive rats.Meth odsThe animal model of renal hypertension was made with two-kidneys and one-clip as study group;the animals with captopril treatment at 4-8 week s as the treatment group;the animals receiving non-operation as the control gro u p.The blood pressure and the activity of phospholipase C in aorta were measured at 4 week and 8 week.ResultsCompared with control group,the b lood pressure,the activity of phospholipase C significantly increased after op eration at 4th week and 8th week respectively(P<0.01,).The blood pressure ,the activity of phospholipase C significantly decreased in captopril-treate d groups.ConclusionThe activity of phospholipase C in aorta i nduced by AngII may play an important role in renal hypertension. |
