| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨老年慢性便秘中西医结合治疗及护理,提高老年人的生活质量。方法:对2004年1月～2007年12月在中西医结合科室住院的患者82例进行治疗观察和护理。结果:在82例便秘的老年患者中,有73例解决了便秘问题,有效率89%。结论:老年慢性便秘通过中西医结合治疗及护理是有效的。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of TCM in the treatment of chronic constipation and care, improving quality of life of older persons. Methods study 82 cases of patients hospitalized for treatment and observation and care in the Combined Chinese and Western Medicine Division from January 2004 to December 2007.Results In 82 cases of elderly patients with constipation, 73 cases solved the problem of constipation, 89% efficient.
