南方鼠疫菌对18种抗菌素的敏感性试验

摘    要:目的 通过鼠疫菌对新型抗菌药物的敏感性实验,寻找比链霉素敏感性更高且毒性小的药物.方法 选用22株鼠疫菌对18种活性较高的抗菌素进行了纸片法药物敏感性试验.结果 头孢菌素类、青霉素类和喹诺酮类等多种药物对鼠疫菌的敏感性较链霉素好.结论 本试验结果可为鼠疫临床治疗选择新药提供参考资料.

Abstract:Objective To find the medicine with higher sensitivity and less toxicity in comparison of streptomycin by the sensitivity test of Yersinia pestis to new antibiotics. Methods Yersiaia pestis of 22 strains were selected to carry out drug sensitivity test with paper strip method. Results The sensitivity of Yersinia pestis to many antibiotics such as cephalosporin, penicillin, and quinolones was better than that to streptomycin. Conclusions The test result can provide reference data for selecting new medicine in clinical treatment of plague.
