| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者活动期和缓解期外周血CD4+CD25+T细胞的变化.方法 选择14例健康者(正常对照组)和27例UC患者(活动期12例,缓解期15例).应用流式细胞仪检测3组受检者外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)中CD4+CD25+T细胞的比例.应用罗氏Light Cycler荧光定量PCR仪检测PBMC中Foxp3 mRNA的含量.结果 UC活动期患者CD4+CD25+T细胞、CD+4T细胞的比例,CD4+CD25+T/CD+4T细胞比值及Foxp3 mRNA含量与正常时照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);UC缓解期患者CD4+CD25+T细胞、CD+4T细胞的比例及Foxp3 mRNA含量与正常对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但CD4+CD25+T/CD+4T细胞与正常对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 UC活动期患者外周血CD4+CD25+T细胞比例和Foxp3 mRNA含量显著高于健康者,可见外周血CD4+CD25+T细胞比例改变在UC的发病机制中起重要作用.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the role of CD_4~+CD_(25)~+T cells in the pathogenesis of different stages of ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods Fourteen healthy subjects(control group) and 27 UC patients,12 in active stage(UC1 group) and 15 in remission(UC2 group),were enrolled to determine in peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMC) the proportion of CD_4~+CD_(25)~+T cells and CD+4T cells by using flow cytometry and the level of Foxp3 mRNA in PBMC by using Roche Light Cycler fluorescence quantitative PCR instrument.... |
