| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨因急性上尿路梗阻所致肾衰的处理。方法:针对32例不同病因所致急性梗阻性肾衰,利用B超、KUB平片,并结合肾功能检查,尽快明确诊断并予及时有效处理。结果:32例中无1例死亡或病情加重。除3例轻度氮质血症外,均治愈出院。结论:急性上尿路梗阻所致肾衰,明确诊断后及时解除梗阻,是保护肾功能的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the treatment of renal function failure caused by acute upper urinary tract obstruction. Methods: The acute obstructive renal function failure caused by various factors in 32 cases should be unequivocally established with ultrasonog-raphy, KUB and detection of renal function and treated effectively. Results: All the patients were cured perfectly except 3 cases which were mildly affected with azomia. Conclusion: Renal function failure caused by acute upper urinary tract obstruction should be diagnosed early and it is impotant to remove the body's obstruction as soon as possible. |
