皂黄药粥联合手术治疗严重粘连性肠梗阻35例报告

目的　探讨皂黄药粥在粘连性肠梗阻手术后防治再粘连的作用。方法　回顾分析 3 5例经皂黄药粥联合手术治疗严重粘连性肠梗阻的临床资料 ,并与 3 7例常规治疗对照组进行比较。结果　经随访 1～ 5年 ,治疗组治愈 3 4例 ,梗阻再手术 1例 ,复发再手术率为 2 .86% ,无死亡病例。对照组治愈 2 3例 ,梗阻再手术 4例 ,复发再手术率为 10 .81% ,8例有粘连复发症状 ,总复发率为 3 2 .43 % (12 / 3 7) ,死亡 2例。两组复发率比较差异有显著性 ,χ2 =10 .63 3 ,P <0 .0 0 1。结论　皂黄药粥是粘连性肠梗阻手术后防治再粘连的一种简易、有效的药膳疗法

Effects of Zaohuang Remedy Porridge in 35 Cases with Severe Adhesiveileus Receiving Operations

Objective To study the effect of Zaohuang remedy porridge on prevention of adhesion. Methods Review on the clinical data of 35 patients with severe adhesiveleus after receiving operations who were treated with Zaohuang remedy porridge. A control group was formed with 37 patients with adhesiveleus receiving conventional treatment. Results A 1-5 follow-up revealed that 34 of the 35 patients treated with Zaohuang porridge healed well with only one to receive another surgery. The re-operability was 2.86% without dead case. In the control group, 23 recovered with 4 who received operations again. The re-operability was 10.81%. 8 were with adhesion amounting the total re-operability to 32.43% (12/37) with 2 dead cases. There was a significant in the recurrence rate between the two groups χ 2=10.633,P<0.001. Conclusion Zaohuang porridge was a kind of simple and effective Chinese medicated diet for control or reduce adhesion in patients with adhesiveleus after receiving operation.
