针药并用提壶揭盖法治疗老年便秘60 例

目的 观察提壶揭盖法、针药并用治疗老年性便秘的临床疗效.方法 将60例老年便秘患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例,治疗组给予针刺结合中药煎剂治疗;对照组给予中药煎剂治疗.结果 治疗组30例,痊愈13例（43.33%）,有效16例（53.33%）,无效1例（3.33%）,总有效率96.67%;对照组30例,痊愈8例（26.67%）,有效16例（53.33%）,无效6例（20%）,总有效率 80%,经统计学分析,两组有显著性差异,治疗组优于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论提壶揭盖法、针药并用治疗老年性便秘具有较好的临床疗效.

The treatment of elder constipation by the needle medicine combined with Chinese medicine decoction for 60 cases

Objective Through pot of peel method,observe the treatment efficacy of elder constipation for the needle medicine and clinical.Methods 60 cases of elder patients with constipation were randomly divided into control group and treatment group 30 cases, treatment group was given acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine decoction treatment; Control group given traditional Chinese medicine decoction treatment.Results Treatment group （30 cases, cured,13 cases （43.33%）,16 cases （53.33%）,1 had no effect （3.33%）, the total effective rate was 96.67%;Control group 30 cases, 8 patients were cured （26.67%）,16 cases （53.33%）,6 cases （20%）, the total effective rate 80%, after statistics analysis, two groups have significant difference, the treatment group is better than that of control group （P＜0.05）.Conclusion Through pot of peel method, needle medicine has better clinical curative effect in treatment of senile constipation.
