酸苦克甘方对改善2 型糖尿病大鼠胰岛素抵抗的影响

摘    要:目的 探讨酸苦克甘方改善2型糖尿病大鼠胰岛素抵抗的作用.方法采用高糖高脂饲料喂养Wistar 大鼠,用链脲佐菌素诱发以胰岛素抵抗为主的2型糖尿病,待模型成功后,再用酸苦克甘方治疗,随机分成四组:模型对照组、生理盐水组、中药常规剂量组、中药高剂量组,后三组分别给药四周后,分别测空腹血糖、胰岛素、C肽、糖化血红蛋白、并计算胰岛素敏感指数(ISI).观察各组数据的改变.结果 与模型组和生理盐水组相比较,中药常规剂量组和中药高剂量组的FBG、FINS均有下降趋势(P<0.05),ISI呈上升趋势(P<0.05),具有统计学意义.结论 酸苦克甘方可以提高大鼠的ISI,增强胰岛素的敏感性,降低大鼠的空腹血糖.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of Acid bitter against GanFang on insulin resistance rats.Methods The model of type 2 diabetic-insulin resistance rat was successfully made by high caloric diet and STZ,and then with Acid bitter against GanFang treatment,divided into four groups randomly,Model matched group,Chinese medicine routine dose group and high dose group,The last three groups respectively to medicine,after four weeks,Measuring fasting plasma glucose,insulin,respectively,CP,glycosylated hemoglobin,insulin sensitive index and calculate (ISI),and observeing the change of the data.Results Traditional Chinese medicine routine dose group A1 and A2 high dose group of traditional Chinese medicine of FBG,FINS are decline (P<0.05),to compare Model group D and physiological saline group (group B),ISI appeared the increasing (P<0.05).With statistical significance.Conclusion Acid bitter against GanFang can improve the rat ISI,Increase insulin sensitivity,and reduce rat fasting plasma glucose.
