桃红四物汤联合四五二合剂治疗子宫内膜异位症不孕80例

目的探讨桃红四物汤联合四五二合剂在治疗子宫内膜异位症方面的临床疗效及安全性.方法将140例符合西医诊断标准的子宫内膜异位症不孕症患者按照随机数字表法（4：3）分为治疗组80例,对照组60例.对照组给予治疗桂枝茯苓胶囊,治疗组经期给予桃红四物汤,经后给予四五二合剂治疗,3个月经周期为1个疗程,疗程结束后比较,并进行半年的随访.结果①两组总有效率为91.25％和76.67％,两组临床疗效比较,Z=-5.958,P=0.000,治疗组优于对照组;②两组患者治疗后VAS评分、血清Ca125值、盆腔B超附件包块的体积均较前降低（P＜0.05）,且治疗组优于对照组（P＜0.05）.两组均无明显毒副作用.结论桃红四物汤联合四五二合剂在治疗子宫内膜异位症不孕方面疗效满意,能够减轻患者临床症状,且安全性高.

Endometriosis Infertility Treated by Taohongsiwu Decoction Combined with Four-five-two Decoction for 80 Cases

.ObjeetiveTo investigate clinical efficacy and safety treated by Taohongsiwutang decoction combined with Fou - five - two Decoction for endometriosis. Methods 140 cases of endometriosis infertility patients met with diagnostic criteria according to Western random number table（4： S）into the treatment group of 80 cases and the control group of 60 cases. The control group is treated by Guizhi Fuling Capsule,treatment group is treated by Taohongsiwu Decoction combined with Four-five-two Decoction after treatment, three menstrual cycles as a course of treatment, after treatment comparison,and six months of follow-up. Results （D the two groups and the total effective rate gl. 90% 7%. 67% compared clinical ef- ficacy,Z= - 5.1168, P = 0. ON ,the treatment group is better than the control group; （2） two groups of patients after treatment is lower than those of the control group about VAS score,serum Calls values former B-pelvic adnexal mass volume（ P 〈0. 06）, and the treatment group is better than the control group（ P 〈0. 06）. There were no obvious side effects in both groups. Conclusion Taohongsiwu Decoction combined with Four- five- two Decoction can reduce the clinical symptoms,and is safe,efficacy and satisfactory for endometriosis infertility.
