诃子制草乌对蒙药嘎日迪-5 镇痛抗炎作用的影响

摘    要:目的 研究诃子制草乌对蒙药嘎日迪-5(以下简称嘎日迪-5)镇痛抗炎作用的影响.方法 比较不同诃子制草乌方法以及不同剂量的嘎日迪-5对小鼠热板镇痛效果和耳廓肿胀消炎效果.结果 12h低剂量组30min痛阈值为(48.31±11.81)s、60min为(45.10±14.01)s,12h高剂量30min痛阈值为(50.31±14.09)s、60min为(47.17±7.34)s均显著高于对照组的(37.41±4.37)s、(31.78±15.21)s,差异均具统计学意义(均P<0.05).24h低剂量组60min后痛阈值为(24.65±5.43)s、24h高剂量组为(21.34±5.57)s、4d低剂量组为(26.14±5.81)s、4d高剂量组为(23.40±6.51)s,均显著低于对照组的(31.78±15.21)s,12h低剂量小鼠耳朵肿胀程度为(9.324±4.167)mg、12h高剂量的为(9.528±2.389)mg、24h高剂量组为(8.876±3.320)mg,均显著低于对照组的(13.258±3.751)mg.差异均具统计学意义(均P<0.05).结论 研究表明使用浸泡12h,蒸煮2h的制草乌配置而成的嘎日迪-5镇痛抗炎相对更好.

Abstract:Objective To study the impact of myrobalan and processed radix aconiti kusnezoffii on analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of Mongolian honk di-5.Methods Analgesic effects of hot plates and inflammatory effects of ear swelling of mice were compared under different processing methods of myrobalan and processed radix aconiti kusnezoffii and under different doses of honk di-5.Results 12h large dose group 30min pain threshold was (50.31±14.09)s,60min was (47.17±7.34)s all obviously higher than control group(37.41±4.37)s、(31.78±15.21)s (P<0.05). 24h small dose group 60min pain threshold was (24.65±5.43)s,24h large dose group pain threshold was (21.34±5.57)s,4d small dose group pain threshold was (26.14±5.81)s,4d large dose group pain threshold was (23.40±6.51)s all obviouly lower than control group (31.78±15.21)s (P<0.05). 12h small dose mice ear swelling degree was (9.324±4.167)mg,12h large dose was (9.528±2.389)mg,24h large dose was (8.876±3.320) mg,all obviously lower than control group (13.258±3.751)mg (P<0.05).Conclusion Honk di-5 made of processed radix aconiti kusnezoffii that has been soaked 12h and cooked 12h has a better analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect.
