两种敷贴在小儿静脉留置针固定中的效果观察

目的探讨两种敷贴在小儿静脉留置针固定中的应用效果。方法将84例行外周静脉留置针穿刺的患儿分为观察组和对照组,每组各42例。观察组采用9534HP透明敷贴进行固定,对照组采用无菌粘贴敷贴进行固定。比较两组患儿留置针留置时间,敷料固定处皮肤过敏、敷料松脱、静脉炎等情况的差异。结果观察组留置时间长于对照组,皮肤过敏、敷料松脱和静脉炎发生率低于对照组,两组比较,P〈0.05或P〈0.01,差异具有统计学意义。结论在小儿静脉留置针固定中采用9534HP透明敷贴具有粘贴性强、留置时间长和静脉炎及皮肤过敏发生率低等优点,适用于小儿静脉留置针的固定,值得临床应用和推广。

Effects of two dressing pastes on fixation of pediatric intravenous catheter

Objective To explore the effects of two dressing pastes on the fixation of pediatric intravenous catheter.Methods 84 pediatric patients in the outpatient receiving intravenous infusion by intravenous indwelling catheter were randomly divided into group A and group B,with 42 in each group.The catheter was fixed with 9534HP（high permeability） transparent dressing paste in group A and the self-adhesive wound dressing in group B.The fixation effects were compared between the two groups.Result The effect of group B was better than group A（P 0.05）.Conclusion 9534HP transparent dressing paste may be more effective in fixing the intravenous indwelling catheter.
