| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨高位肛瘘的手术方式及其疗效.方法 对48 例高位肛瘘患者进行切除术结合挂线疗法,观察其疗效.结果 本组病例1 次手术治愈43 例,5 例接受了2 次手术,治愈率为100%.结论切除术结合挂线疗法能有效保护肛门括约肌功能,具有愈合快、感染率低等优点.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the surgical procedure of high anal fistula and it＇ s therapeutic effects. Methods Treatment of high anal fistula with combined use of fistulectomy and threaddrawing therapy a report of 48 cases. Results All cases surgery 43 cases were cured, 5 cases accepted a second surgery, cure rate was 100%. Conclusion combined use of fistulectomy and threaddrawing therapy can effectively preserve the function of anal sphincter, it has quick heal and low infection rate. |
