自制约束手套在神经外科躁动患者中的应用

目的探讨自制约束手套在神经外科躁动患者中的应用效果。方法将60例躁动患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组采用传统约束工具对患者进行约束护理,实验组采用自制约束手套对患者进行约束护理,比较两组患者约束过程并发症的发生率。结果两组患者总并发症发生率比较,均P<0.01,差异具有统计学意义,实验组总并发症发生率低于对照组。结论自制约束手套可明显减少躁动患者皮肤破损和意外拔管的发生率,保证了患者的安全,提高了护理质量和患者满意度。

Application of self-designed constraint gloves in management of agitating patients in neurosurgery department

Objective To investigate the application of self-designed constraint gloves in the management of agitating patients in neurosurgery department.Methods 60 agitating patients were randomly divided into experimental and control groups,30 patients in each group.In the experimental group self-designed constraint gloves were used and in the control group the traditional constraint tool was used.The two groups were compared about the complication from constraint management.Results The rates of skin damages and unexpected exudation and exudation during intravenous transfusion were significantly lower than those of the control group（P 0.05,for all）.Conclusion The self-designed constraint gloves may be effect in reducing the incidence rate of skin damage and unexpected exudation in the agitating patients.It can ensure the safety of patients and improve the quality of nursing and patients＇ satisfaction.
