护士绩效考评与绩效奖金分配在神经内科的实践

摘    要:目的探讨护士绩效考评与绩效奖金分配在神经内科的实践效果。方法制订护士绩效考核评价标准和绩效量化管理方案,将绩效评价管理与量化管理相结合对神经科护士工作业绩进行评定,并按绩效量化指标进行奖金分配。比较实施前后病人对护士工作满意度、护理工作质量综合评分、护理投诉、护理缺点及护理科研情况。结果病人满意度由实施前92.00%提高到实施后99.00%,前后比较,χ2=46.60,P〈0.01,差异具有统计学意义;护理工作质量综合评分由实施前(90.42±1.36)分提高至实施后(97.42±1.37)分,前后比较,t=8.86,P〈0.01,差异具有统计学意义,由实施前全院工作服务质量评比第11名提高至实施后获全院第1名;护理投诉、护理缺点较实施前明显下降,护理科研较实施前明显提高。结论护士绩效考评与绩效奖金分配在神经内科中应用,能充分调动护士工作积极性与主动性,增强护士责任心,提高护理工作质量和病人满意度。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of nursing performance evaluation and achievement bonus distribution system in the neurology department. Methods The nursing performance evaluation and achievement bonus distribution system was worked out and used to evaluate the performances and achievements of the nurses in the department and distribute the bonus based on the evaluations. The nurslug work satisfaction, the general scores for nursing quality, the rate of nursing care complaints, the rate of nursing faults and the achievement in nursing research were compared between pre- and post-implementation of system. Results After implementation, the rate of satisfaction with nursing work raised from 92.0% before implementation to 99.0% (P 〈 0.01). The general scores for nursing quality went up from (90.42 ± 1.36)before implementation to (97.42 ± 1.37) after implementation (P 〈 0.01). Besides, the nursing faults and the nursing complaints fell and the nursing research increased compared to the pre-implement. Conclusion The nursing performance evaluation and achievement bonus distribution system may be effective in the improvements of nurse's enthusiasm, initiative and responsibility, and therefore be helpful for the enhanced nursing quality and satisfaction degree of patients.
