护理干预对降低药源性双硫仑样反应的效果观察

目的探讨护理干预对降低药源性双硫仑样反应的效果。方法选择2009年5月～2010年4月在本院门急诊静脉输注可致双硫仑样反应药物的患者1750例为对照组,实施常规静脉用药护理。选择2010年5月～2011年4月与对照组匹配的患者2640例为实验组,在常规用药护理的基础上实施护理干预,比较两组患者用药后出现双硫仑样反应的发生率。结果实验组双硫仑样反应的发生率为0.12%,对照组为1.26%,两组比较,χ2=22.84,P〈0.01,差异具有统计学意义,实验组双硫仑样反应发生率低于对照组。结论药物性双硫仑样反应与患者用药后饮酒和接触酒精性液体有关,加强医护人员和患者对药物性双硫仑样反应知识的宣教,可提高患者用药后禁酒的依从性,以保证用药后安全,避免出现不良反应。

Observation of nursing intervention on reducing drug-induced disulfiram-like reaction

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on reducing drug-induced disulfiram-like reaction. Methods 1 750 cases who transfused medicine that may cause disulfiram-like reaction from May 2009 to April 2010 were assigned to the control group, receiving routine intravenous transfusion nursing. 2 640 cases from May 2010 to April 2011 were＇treated as the experiment group, receiving nursing intervention besides routine nursing. The occurrence rate of disulfiram-like reaction was compared between the two groups. Results The occurrence rate of disulfiram-like reaction in the experiment group was 0.12%, which was higher than that in the control group （1.26%）. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion It can ensure medication safety, avoid negative effect and improve the compliance of temperance after infusing medicine by strengthening the health education on medical knowledge in medical staff and patients.
