胰岛素泵强化治疗在初发2型糖尿病患者血糖控制中的应用

目的探讨胰岛素泵强化治疗对初发2型糖尿病患者血糖控制的作用。方法将60例初发2型糖尿病患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。观察组患者采用胰岛素泵强化治疗,对照组患者采用皮下注射胰岛素治疗。比较两组治疗前后血糖控制水平、血糖达标时间、低血糖发生率、胰岛素总用量的差异。结果两组患者血糖控制均达标,但观察组能更快更稳地控制血糖水平,同时减少胰岛素用量,低血糖发生率低于对照组,两组比较,P〈0.01或P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论胰岛素泵强化治疗可较好控制初发2型糖尿病患者的血糖,减轻患者多次注射的痛苦。

Implication of insulin pump in intensification treatment of type 2 primary diabetes

Objective To explore the implication of insulin pump in intensification treatment of type Ⅱ primary diabetes. Methods 60 patients with type Ⅱ primary diabetes were randomized equally into observation group and control group. The observation group was managed with continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion using insulin pump, and the control group with multiple injections of insulin. The two groups were compared in terms of blood sugar control, time for reaching the normal level, incidence rate of hypoglycaemia and total amount of insulin. Results The continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion by insulin pump helped to reach the normal blood sugar level significantly faster than the multiple injection of insulin, even reducing the amount of insulin （P 〈 0.01）. Meanwhile, the incidence rate of hypoglycaemia in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusions The intensification treatment using insulin pump is effective for the satisfactory control of blood sugar of type Ⅱ primary diabetic patients. It may alleviate the pains from multiple injections.
