康复护理对脊髓栓系综合征术后神经源性膀胱功能恢复的影响

目的探讨康复护理对脊髓栓系综合征(tethered cord syndrome,TCS)术后神经源性膀胱功能恢复的影响。方法选择2008年6月～2011年6月本院收治的11例TCS术后神经源性膀胱患者,住院期间接受持续留置尿管、间歇导尿、膀胱功能训练、电刺激及健康教育等康复护理措施,比较应用康复护理措施前后患者膀胱功能的恢复情况。结果患者在留置尿管期间使用膀胱功能训练和电刺激等康复措施,拔尿管时膀胱容量大于入院时(P < 0.01);患者接受间歇导尿1个月后,膀胱容量大于拔管时,残余尿量少于拔管时(均P < 0.01)。结论康复护理措施有利于TCS伴神经源性膀胱患者术后重建膀胱功能,提高患者的治疗质量。

Effect of rehabilitation nursing on postoperative functional recovery of neurogenic bladder in patients with tethered cord syndrome

Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing on postoperative functional recovery of neurogenic bladder in patients with tethered cord syndrome （TCS）. Methods From June 2008 to August 2011, 11 patients with neurogenie bladder from TCS accepted the rehabilitation nursing with urinary catheterization, intermittent urethral eatheterication, training of bladder function, electric stimulation and health education. The functional recovery of neurogenic bladder before the rehabilitation nursing was compared with that after the rehabilitative care. Results The bladder volume after withdrawing urinary catheter was more than that on admission by training of bladder function and electric stimulation during continuous urinary catheterization （P 〈 0.01 ）. The bladder volume was larger and the residual urine volume was small than that at the time of withdrawing urinary catheter after performing intermittent urethral catheterication for one month （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Rehabilitative nursing intervention is good for the reconstruction of bladder function of the TCS patients with neurogenic bladder as well as for the improvement of the therapeutic quality.
