3例狂犬病患者的急救护理及防护

目的总结3例狂犬病患者的急救护理体会和防护要点。方法回顾性分析本院2008年4月～2011年4月收治的3例狂犬病患者的临床资料,总结救治经验和医护人员的防护措施。结果 3例狂犬病患者经救治后生命体征平稳,均转至传染病医院作进一步治疗;医护人员在救治的过程中有1位护士发生针刺伤,经对症治疗后没有出现狂犬病症状,其余医护人员没有受到传染。结论狂犬病患者病情危急,且具有一定的传染性,医护人员在采取有效救治措施的同时应做好个人防护,保障自身的安全,以利于救治工作的顺利开展。

Emergency nursing of 3 hydrophobic patients and preventive measures for medical rescue staff

Objective To summarize the main points of nursing 3 hydrophobic patients and the preventive measures for medical rescue staff.Method The clinical data of the 3 hydrophobic patients hospitalized in our hospital during April 2008 to April 2011 were retrospectively reviewed and analyzed to summarize the nursing highlights of rescuing them and the preventive measures for medical rescue staff.Results Due to the emergency managements,the three patients were stable in vital signs and transferred to an infectious hospital for further treatment.During rescue,one nurse was injured with a needle at making puncturing,but no hydrophobic symptoms presented after symptomatic treatment.Other rescue members did not contracted with hydrophobia.Conclusions Hydrophobia is acute and infectious.So rescue staff should take rescue measures to treat the patients and meanwhile protect themselves from hydrophobic infection.
