延续健康指导在支架植入术后出院患者中的应用

目的探讨延续健康指导对支架植入术后出院患者治疗依从性和并发症的影响。方法选择行支架植入术患者125例,按入院时间分为观察组65例和对照组60例,两组患者出院时均进行了服药、日常生活注意事项等指导,观察组患者出院后进行延续健康指导。出院1年后,了解两组患者治疗依从性和并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者治疗依从性优于对照组;并发症发生率较对照组低,两组比较,P〈0.01或〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论对支架植入术后出院患者实施延续健康指导,可提高患者治疗依从性,减少并发症的发生。

Objective To study the effect of continuous health education on compliance and complications in discharged patients after by-pass procedure. Methods 125 patients undergoing by-pass procedure were divided into the observation group （n = 65） and the control group （n=60）. Both groups were given drug-taking and lifestyle consultations at discharge. The observation group received continuous health education at the same time. The patients′ compliance and complications in both groups were compared 1 year later. Result The observation group had higher compliance rate and lower complication rate, compared with those in the control group （all P 0.05）. Conclusion Continuous health education could improve curative compliance and reduce complications among patients receiving by-pass procedure.
