影响老年高血压患者睡眠质量因素的调查与对策

目的探讨影响老年高血压患者睡眠质量的因素和护理对策。方法选择120例老年高血压患者对影响其睡眠质量的因素进行调查,调查内容包括生理病理因素、心理社会因素、医院环境因素、用药后的不良反应和日常生活习惯等5个方面。结果本组120例住院老年高血压患者有75例（62.5%）睡眠良好,有45例（占37.5%）睡眠不良。焦虑和环境不适应是引起睡眠障碍的主要原因,分别占了56.7%和52.5%。结论焦虑和医院环境是影响老年患者住院期间睡眠质量的主要因素,通过正确、有针对性的护理干预可以改善住院患者的睡眠情况,并提高治疗的疗效。

Investigation on factors influencing sleep quality of elderly hypertensive patients

Objective To evaluate the factors influencing the sleep quality of elderly hypertensive patients.Methods A self-designed questionnaire including pathophysiologic factors,psychosocial factors and environmental factors in the hospital,adverse reactions of drugs and daily habit was used to investigate the factors influencing the sleep quality of 120 elder hypertensive patients.Results 75 patients（62.5%） among them had good sleep and 45（37.5%） had bad sleep.Anxiety and environmental maladjustment were major causes of sleep disturbance,accounting for 56.7% and 52.5% respectively.Conclusions Anxiety and hospital environment are the major causes of sleep disturbance among elder patients in hospitals.Nursing intervention may help to improve inpatients＇ sleep quality and enhance the effectiveness of antihypertensive therapy.
