CCU患者谵妄常见原因分析及对策

目的探讨心脏重症监护室（coronary care unit,CCU）患者发生谵妄的原因,并提出对策。方法分析24例谵妄患者发生情况及原因,并制订对策。结果患者谵妄发生原因包括疾病因素、紧张和恐惧因素、疼痛因素、陌生CCU环境因素及与家属隔绝因素。患者经治疗护理后,21例患者谵妄在短期内消失,2例患者遗留智力减退,1例患者因心功能不全死亡。结论应针对CCU患者发生谵妄的原因,密切观察患者的情绪、情感及病情的变化,给予患者良好的心理护理及治疗护理干预,以便减少患者谵妄的发生。

Causes of delirium of patients in CCU and the countermeasure

Objective To investigate causes of delirium of patients CCU and propose the Methods The histories of 24 patients with delirium were reviewed to investigate the causes of delirium using the Chinese version of delirium assessment. Results After the active nursing intervention, 21 patients in the short term pre-delirium disappeared. 2 patients left over from mental deterioration. 1 patient died of heart failure. Conclusion Close observation of the changes in emotions, feelings and disease conditions and performance of mental care and nursing intervention may be effective for the reduction of delirium incidence
